• Utilization of moisture meter and/or thermal imaging camera

• Weather research including site-specific wind & hail maps

• Research and evaluation of historical aerial imagery

• Evaluation for repairability & color match if applicable

• Findings can be provided with a written report and/or verbally

• Written report identifying manufacturer, color, and profile of roof tile with current availability through local sources

• Analysis of photos, estimates, and/or inspection reports

• Assessments are provided verbally unless requested otherwise

• Procurement and secure storage of matching roof tile, guaranteed available for up to 90 days.

• Includes a documented photo report with an allocation tag identifying tile profile, quantity, and claim details.

• After 90 days, paid monthly storage is available if the tile is not picked up or delivered.
