Precision Roof Consulting was founded by Joe Graham in 2014 after more than 11 years in the roofing and insurance restoration industry. Mr. Graham quickly establish himself as one of Florida's most knowledgeable roofing experts and trained more qualified roofing consultants to serve a growing clientele. In less than 3 years, he grew what started as a one-man operation into one of Florida's premier consulting firms. Several clients also recognized Mr. Graham's ability to accurately assess and estimate all types of property damages. With the number of insurance disputes in Florida rapidly increasing, the need for experienced and knowledgeable insurance appraisers to assist with dispute also resolution grew. Having the ability to appraise damages far beyond just roofing claims, Mr. Graham formed Precision Appraisal Services in 2017.  
 

Aaron McWilliams joined the Precision team in 2019 as a consultant with a long list of licenses, certifications, and industry experience. It did not take long to recognize that Mr. McWilliams had the skills, knowledge, and credentials to help expand Precision's expert services beyond roofing into fire, water, and mold claims. In the fall of 2021, the decision was made by Joe Graham to bring all of Precision's services under one roof with Aaron McWilliams as a business partner, and Precision Claim Solutions was born.
