Joe Graham
President | CEO
Joe Graham is licensed in Florida as a Roofing Contractor, Home Inspector, and Insurance Claims Adjuster. With more than 19 years of experience in the construction and insurance claims industries, he holds numerous certifications in storm damage investigation, general property damage assessment, roof installation, and construction estimating.
Mr. Graham's experience includes more than 10,000 roofs personally inspected, assessed, and/or estimated. He has also completed over 500 insurance appraisals and testified as a roofing expert dozens of depositions as well as 6 jury trials.
Aaron McWilliams
Vice President | Partner
As a Florida Licensed Building Contractor, Roofing Contractor, Home Inspector, and All-lines adjuster with a robust claim handling background. Aaron McWilliams is uniquely qualified as an expert Building Consultant on all types of residential and commercial losses.
For more than 17 years, Mr. McWilliams has worked in the insurance and construction industry as a Contractor, Catastrophe Adjuster, Claims Specialist, Field Adjuster Trainer, and Fraudulent Damage Consultant. He has also assisted in settling an extensive amount of claims in mediation, appraisal, and litigation.
Nathalie Cruz
Director of Operations
Nathalie Cruz joined Precision Claim Solutions in 2024 and serves as the company’s Director of Operations. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, she brings a deep understanding of claims management, customer care, and operational efficiency.
In her role, Nathalie oversees daily business operations, ensuring each assignment runs smoothly from start to finish. She plays a key role in scheduling, team coordination, and customer communication, making sure every client receives the quality and professionalism that define our organization.
